In this module, learners will develop a technology strategy mindset to navigate uncertainty
and leverage disruptive technologies. They will explore how to drive organizational change
and gain a competitive advantage in the global business landscape.
In this module, learners will understand how to transform organizations to embrace AI. They
will gain the skills to evaluate the long-term strategic benefits of AI-powered innovation versus the short-term costs and the complexities of build vs. buy decisions.
In this module, learners will explore the evolving role of a global technology leader. They will
